Capitalized terms not defined here will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Remodel Now Website Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).

You may only initiate a verifiable CA User request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable CA User request should:

The initiation of a verifiable CA User request does not necessitate creating an account with us. We will solely utilize personal information provided in a verifiable CA User request to authenticate the requester’s identity or authorization to make the request.

Response Time and Format

We aim to address all verifiable CA User requests within forty-five (45) days of receiving them. If we require additional time (up to ninety (90) days), we will notify you in writing, explaining the reason for the extension. We will deliver our written response by either mail or electronically, according to your preference. Any disclosures provided will pertain solely to the twelve (12) month period preceding the receipt of your verifiable request. Additionally, our response will elucidate the reasons if we are unable to fulfill a request, if applicable. We do not impose a fee for processing or responding to your verifiable CA User request, unless it is excessive, repetitive, or evidently unfounded. Non-Discrimination
